About Rosie Blooms
I’m Nicole, the heart (and busy hands) behind Rosie Blooms.
I’ve always loved flowers and dreamed of becoming a florist someday, but never quite found the right time or the courage to take that leap.
After 20 years working as a mental health nurse I’ve seen first-hand
how the ups and downs of life can affect people, and in 2023 after
losing my beautiful Mum Rose, I found myself needing extra support from those around me.
Small acts of kindness, like flowers, truly lifted me in those difficult moments. They gave me hope and showed me that I was cared for. It finally dawned on me that by following my dream, I could make a difference to others too.
I retrained in early 2024 and launched Rosie Blooms soon after on Mother’s Day, as a fitting tribute to my Mum. A day that could have been filled with sadness was instead full of love, joy and positivity as my first bouquets went out the door to make other people smile.
In a world where technology is making us more disconnected than ever, I want my flowers to bring people closer together and be more than just a beautiful gift. I want them to represent hope, joy, support, courage or love in a moment when someone really needs it.
Flowers aren’t just for special occasions; they can also make our everyday moments extraordinary. From celebrating the tiny wins in life to letting someone know you care or that you’re there for them. Sending a bouquet is a small action that makes a big gesture.
Creating these bouquets makes me so happy and keeps me close to the memory of my lovely Mum. I love that each one has its own unique story, and I love sending them out into the world.
I truly hope my flowers bring a little bit of joy to everyone who receives them.
